“This project deals with the change point detection using optimal transport. 1. We were able to improve on previous formulation using persistent version of time window. Moreover, we illustrate instability of wasserstein barycenter 2. We apply our methods to change point detection in pollution monitoring data in the city of Bogota, Columbia. Gain some interesting insights.”
