| My Signature Work is a journal article manuscript titled “COVID-19: Disrupting the Legislative Path in China,” which investigates the nature and types of policy change during and following the COVID-19 pandemic within the context of the Chinese legislative process. A qualitative analysis of key legislative documents, party-state press releases, and law journal articles revealed a pattern consistent with existing literature, indicating the pandemic’s role as a “path-clearing event,” expediting pre-planned reforms. |
