Signature Work Project Overview

Big data collection practices raise ethical questions regarding violating consumers’ autonomy and privacy. This paper will mainly focus on the effect of hypernudging practices from the perspective of Chinese consumers. Specifically, this paper aims to identify consumers’ potential pain in their e-commerce experience to provide implications for improvements in future usages of Big Data in digital marketing.
