| We collected the data as part of the SINEMA trial in Nanhe county, Hebei province and the main results have been published earlier (14). In brief, the SINEMA study is a cluster randomized controlled trial conducted in 50 villages in a rural region, named Nanhe county, where lack of continuous management for preventing stroke recurrence. A mixed-methods method was applied among VDs in 50 villages in Nanhe county from 2017 to 2018 and 2023 to provide a comprehensive analysis of VDs’ service delivery quality towards secondary prevention of stroke. |
