About

I am passionate about renewable energy, with diverse internships and a strong academic background in energy finance and project development.

Signature Work Project Overview

In my Signature Work (SW), I delved into Texas’ transition to renewable energy. My project provided a comprehensive analysis of the current state and challenges within the energy sector, offering forward-thinking solutions based on sustainable finance and investments. My experience at Duke University, particularly through courses on energy finance and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria, provided me with the necessary tools to evaluate the feasibility, sustainability, and impact of renewable energy projects.
During my time at Cypress Creek Renewables and Joules Accelerator, I gained firsthand exposure to the energy transition, analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and assessing the viability of solar energy projects. This was complemented by my internship at Enerpoly, where I explored energy storage solutions, highlighting the importance of zinc-ion batteries as a sustainable alternative to lithium batteries.
These experiences, combined with my academic pursuits, enabled me to propose innovative solutions aimed at overcoming the barriers to renewable energy adoption. By leveraging financial modeling, market analysis, and strategic partnerships, my SW offered actionable insights into accelerating Texas’ renewable energy transition, emphasizing the need for profitable and sustainable investment mechanisms.
