The main goal of this signature work is to evaluate new expressions for Hankel determinants that involve binomial and q-binomial transform. This will involve finding equivalence relations, polynomial degrees, and leading coefficients for Hankel determinants of certain even indexed Bernoulli polynomials, and also finding how the Hankel determinants changes through the q-binomial transform for certain q-sequences.
