Signature Work Project Overview

We’ve embarked on an exciting project, drawing inspiration from pioneers like Karl Sims, to push the boundaries of virtual life simulations. By developing a digital ecosystem powered by advanced physics, we’ve created a space where virtual creatures, designed with unique genetic and physical traits, can interact, adapt, and evolve. Central to their development is a cutting-edge neural network that learns and evolves, promoting complex behaviors through a process akin to natural selection. This virtual playground, enhanced with a user-friendly interface and built on a versatile game engine, not only showcases the creatures’ evolution but also paves the way for future research in AI and evolutionary computation. Tackling various challenges, we’ve introduced innovative solutions to simulate a dynamic and interactive world, promising new insights into the possibilities of virtual evolution.
