Signature Work Project Overview
This systematic literature review explores whether investing in synthetic biology is a viable way to address global health challenges and how public policy will need to adapt to the introduction of synthetic biology to address public health concerns related to biosecurity. I considered economic feasibility, ethical considerations, and social and political conditions to provide evidence that an adapted One Health framework is a feasible framework with which to implement effective public policy for synthetic biology.
