Signature Work Project Overview

This paper includes an analysis of specific investment reports in both the US and Asia to reveal the difference in VC legal structures and policies behind the business deals in different regions. By comparing the successful East Asia venture capital environment to the US VC market, the paper adds proof to the argument that as long as local policies can meet the core requirements of VC success (the investment capital, available financial intermediaries, and entrepreneurs), the details and structure of policies can be flexible.
